Scott joined KBL after a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Jacqueline Scott Corley at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.  Prior to his clerkship, Scott was an associate at a global law firm, where he litigated class actions and commercial disputes, and assisted with an internal investigation involving the largest data breach in history.  

Before law school Scott served in the military, played music in a touring punk rock band, owned and operated a successful home renovation firm, and advocated for disabled veterans before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two sons, and holds out hope that he can convince his family to start a band.
