Kwun Bhansali Lazarus LLP is pleased to announce that Nic Roethlisberger has joined the firm. Nic has experience in everything from complex commercial litigation and class action defense to intellectual property and shareholder derivative lawsuits. He has handled large, high-stakes matters worth hundreds of millions of dollars and smaller, sensitive cases where clients faced both monetary and reputational risk.  Nic’s experience ranges from pre-litigation negotiations through depositions, motion practice, trial, and appeal. 

Nic graduated summa cum laude in 2011 from the U.C. Hastings College of the Law, where he served on the Hastings Law Journal’s editorial board. While in law school, Nic worked as an extern for both the Hon. Charles Breyer of the Northern District of California, and the Hon. Ernest Goldsmith of the San Francisco Superior Court. After law school, Nic practiced with Morrison & Foerster before joining KBL. Before law school, Nic, who has a B.A. in journalism from San Francisco State University, was a newspaper editor.  

Nic is a Bay Area native who now lives in Oakland with his wife and daughter.
