Lizzie advocates for her clients with an eye towards the technical. She loves diving methodically into every minute detail and fact about her cases. She treats each one as an opportunity to learn about a new field or industry. She has represented clients in a broad range of intellectual property disputes, from enforcement campaigns to trademark and copyright infringement disputes. In addition to intellectual property matters, Lizzie has successfully represented clients in business litigation, including in partnership disputes, breach of contract and fraud disputes, unfair competition cases and antitrust matters.
Prior to joining KBL, Lizzie practiced in the intellectual property and commercial litigation group at a top litigation boutique. During law school, Lizzie served as a law clerk for the East Bay Community Law Center in the Consumer Justice Group. Additionally, Lizzie served as Executive Editor of the California Law Review and Development Editor of the Asian American Law Journal.
Before law school, Lizzie interned at Sony Pictures Entertainment and Walt Disney Studios. In her free time, she enjoys training her cat to perform tricks, crafting light boxes, and tinkering on the gaming PC she built herself.
