KBL secured a complete victory for its pro bono clients, John and Kay Gabor. An elderly couple, Mr. and Mrs. Gabor had their entire life savings stolen after they were deceived into putting their money into a "trust" they were told would be secure. The federal district court for the Eastern District of Washington granted the Gabors' motion for summary judgment, requiring that the full amount of stolen funds be returned, and further ordering the defendants to pay over a million dollars in interest.
