KBL is pleased to announce that Nic Roethlisberger has been named a partner at the firm. Nic was hired as KBL’s first associate three years ago after previously practicing at Morrison & Foerster LLP’s San Francisco office. Nic is the first new partner at KBL since the firm was founded in 2018.

Nic has a broad litigation practice and has tried cases in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration. His experience ranges from complex commercial litigation to intellectual property to securities and derivative suits.
